We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.

  1. Tell us your name and account number.
  2. Describe the error or the transfer you are unsureabout and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information.
  3. Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error.

We will investigate your complaint and will correct any error promptly. If we take more than 10 business days to do this, we will recredit your account for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation.

Preauthorized Deposits

If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your account at least once every 60 days from the same person or company, you may telephone us at 843-248-5721 to find out if the scheduled deposit was made.

Billing Rights Summary

We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. You can telephone us, but doing so will not preserve your rights.

In your letter, give us the following information:

  1. Your name and account number.
  2. The dollar amount of the suspected error.
  3. Describe the error and explain, if you can, why you believe there is an error. If you need more information, describe the item you are unsure about.

You do not have to pay the amount in question while we are investigating, but you are still obligated to pay the parts of your bill that are not in question. While we investigate your question, we cannot report you as delinquent or take any action to collect the amount you question.

We figure the finance charge on your account by applying the daily periodic rate to the daily balance in your account for each day of the billing cycle. To get the daily balance, we take the beginning balance of your account each day, add any new advances or debits, and subtract any payments or credits. We then multiply the daily balance by the daily periodic rate. The total of these daily charges is the Finance Charge for the billing period.

Electronic Statement & Notice Disclosures

Change of Address Order

To change your address perform the following steps:

  1. Login to your NetTeller Account.
  2. Click on the “Contact” tab.
  3. Key in your new address.
  4. List all accounts that the addresses should be changed for.
  5. Click on “Submit”. You will see a “Successfully Sent Message” at the top of the screen with a confirmation number.
  6. Click on “Close”.
  7. Click on “Exit” to leave NetTeller.

This procedure will send a secure e-mail to the bank with your new address information.
